Gender-Affirming Surgery Letters: pay what you can

I am an out-of-network provider, which means that I am not in-network with any insurance companies. However, I do accept out-of-network benefits and can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I also offer a sliding scale for folks who cannot afford my full-fee rates.

I reserve a percentage of my caseload for sliding scale clients. People who pay full-fee make it possible for me to see lower-fee clients. I ask that folks reflect on how much they can afford as close to my rate as possible in order to sustain this model that allows me to offer my services to those who otherwise couldn’t afford them.
